Torna a Milano per il terzo anno Vincent Cacialano ed il suo raffinato lavoro sullanalisi del movimento e sulle dinamiche della Composizione Istantanea.
Questo anno sarà affiancato anche da Alan McDermott, danzatore diplomato al SNDO di Amsterdam ed insegnante Feldenkrais.
La proposta è davvero preziosa nel panorama dellImprovvisazione in Italia ed in Europa e vi sarei grata se poteste divulgarla.

Workshop sullarte dellimprovvisazione con Vincent Cacialano, Alan McDermott e Marcella Fanzaga
Radicamento, Allineamento e Improvvisazione
connettersi con la terra attraverso la colonna vertebrale e viaggiare nello spazio
Un fine settimana dedicato alla Composizione Istantanea e alla Improvvisazione,
al processo creativo, alla sorpresa e all'inaspettato, alla organicità ed onestà del movimento,
al gioco e alla scoperta di nuovi punti di vista.
Il focus del laboratorio sarà lo SPAZIO, fonte di stimoli per la creazione di movimento e medium relazionale.
Il lavoro si articolerà in più fasi interconnesse: dal Feldenkrais al Movimento Somatico fondato su elementi di Body-Mind Centering®, dalla Tecnica di Danza Contemporanea basata sulla somatica alla Improvvisazione/Composizione Istantanea.
Esploreremo lo SPAZIO dallinterno allesterno e dallesterno allinterno.
Parte del lavoro verrà svolta SITE SPECIFIC allaperto nella zona dellUniversità Bicocca e prevede una informale presentazione finale.

Svilupperemo lattenzione alle connessioni interne tra le parti del corpo e agli organi ed alle ghiandole che sostengono il nostro asse centrale
e che supportano dallinterno lespansione spaziale del movimento.

Tecnica Release e Floor Work basati sulla Somatica e Composizione Istantanea
con Vincent Cacialano
Attraverso il lavoro tecnico ed improvvisativo, lavoreremo sul rapporto tra Percezione e Azione, Radicamento ed Allineamento, tra Improvvisazione e Coreografia,
tra Composizione individuale e di gruppo, tra Consapevolezza e Scelta, portando attenzione agli stimoli interni ed esterni che generano il movimento.
Nel pomeriggio in orario da concordare con il gruppo verranno effettuate un paio dore di lavoro in esterno e Site Specific

Alan McDermott
Si è formato al Centro di Formazione Internazionale Feldenkrais nel Regno Unito dal 2003 al 2007. Si è diplomato presso la School For New Dance Development
di Amsterdam nel 1996, dove durante i suoi studi ha approfondito il sistema articolare/scheletrico, i cambiamenti nelle qualità del movimento, la tecnica release e la composizione.
Ha insegnato Ricerca nel Movimento in Olanda, Italia e Regno Unito ed è un docente associato alla Università Metropolitan di Manchester.

Grounding, Alignement and Improvisation
connecting with the earth trhough the spine and travel into space
A week-end dedicated to Istant Composition and Improvisation,
to the Creative Process, to surprise and the unexpected,
to organic and honest movement, to play and discovery of new point of view.
The focus of the workshop will be on SPACE, source of stimulus for movement creation and medium for relationship.
The work will be articulated going from Feldenkrais to Somatic Movement based on Body-Mind Centering® principles, from Contemporary-Somatic-Dance Technique to Improvisation/Instant Composition.
We will explore SPACE from inside out and from outside in.
Part of the work will be outdoor, SITE SPECIFIC in the Bicocca University area and will end with an informal final performance.
Open to dancers, actors, musicians and movers in general.

Trhough technique and improvisation we will work on the relationship between Perception and Action, Grounding and Alignement, Improvisation and Choreography,
Individual and Group Composition, Awareness and Choice, bringing our attention to all the inner and outer stimulus for movement.
In the afternoon, arranging the time with the partecipants, we will have a couple of hours Site Specific work outdoor.

Marcella Fanzaga
graduated as a New Dance Performer at the School for New Dance Development in Amsterdam.
She is an SME® (Somatic Movement Education) and IDME® (Infant Development Movement Education) practitioner and she is completing her training in BMC® (Body-Mind Centering).
She danced for choreographer like: Min Tanaka, Katie Duck and Masaki Iwana, being a member of his Butoh Company Habillé dEau.
She has researched and developed the art of improvisation collaborating with several musicians, such as: Alessandro Bosetti, Maddalena Zeiro, Carlo Virzi, Fakhraddin Gafarov,
Annamaria Cristian and Gianni Mimmo, amongst others.
Since November 2006 she is the Artistic Director of the Contemporary Dance Festival Uscite di Emergenza at Comuna Baires in Milano.
Since October 2008 she is the Curator of The Meeting Point-Under the Roof, international and interdisciplinary project of Improvisation and Instant Composition.
Within the project she has also started UNDER12-creating wonders, interdisciplinary and interactive improvisation performances for children and their caregivers
Vincent Cacialano
